1.Split the handle to suit for cut angle
2.Compress tightly the handle till cut off the pipe
3.After cutting close the handle

Substitute
The pipe blade
When the blade is not very sharp , take down two pieces of fixed screw at two side of pipe blade to substitute for new pipe blade of the same type.

1.Special modified engineering plastic shell
2.The shell is less likely to be deformed when being cut
3.So as to avoid breaking during working aloft
